
This month's Cooking Group will take place on May 6th at 7pm at the home of Reiko Moss. Our theme this month will be Asian Food. This should be lots of fun so get thinking about what you are going to bring. If you are interested in going but don't have any way of getting onto Fort Lewis, let Sara Wilhelm know and she can arrange a ride for you. Hope to see you there!

Spinach Dip
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 16 oz sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable recipe mix
1 8oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise and stir in Knorr mix. Mix well and add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to let ingredients combine.
Serve in a bread bowl with pieces of bread, or crackers. I prefer to use sourdough, it doesn't get soggy!
