Chimichanga
2/3 cup salsa
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1-1/2 cups shredded chicken or beef
1 cup grated cheese
2 green onions, sliced
6 flour tortillas
1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
Mix the first 6 ingredients. Place 1/2 cup of mixture on a tortilla. Fold in sides and roll from bottom. Place seam-side down on a cookie sheet. Brush with butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
